Adults Yin Yoga Classes

Life is about balance, in many different ways. Chinese philosophy sees this in terms of Yin and Yang. Yin is quieter, slower, lower, while Yang is louder, faster and higher. Many peoples lives are very Yang, we live in a Yang society. Always moving, always needing to get somewhere else, always needing to do something else. We are always thinking to the next thing. Yin Yoga can be the little bit of time in which the Yang is not so active. Allowing us to bring balance into the mind and body, improving the flow of energy and balance in the internal organs and central nervous system allowing us
to delve deeper into the joints, connective tissue and fascia, feeling a deep sense of calm and release.

These classes are done one to one or in small private groups.
