Our adult classes take you on a journey of self care, including Asana practice To stretch, strengthen, tone and restore. Pranayama Breathing practice to bring full awareness into both both and mind and a full presence into your practice. Meditation and relaxation to allow you to complete let go of tension, allowing both the body and mind to just BE in this present moment and not Do anything.
