Post Natal & Baby Yoga

These classes are aimed at Mums and Babies age 6 weeks to 6-9 mths. A chance to join other mums in a comfortable soothing setting, gently easing yourself back into exercise whilst bonding with your baby. We work on techniques of self care, moving, stretching, strengthening, posture alignment and above all having fun with your baby.
Classes run weekly in small groups.
