Yoga for Stress & Anxiety
Join me for a healing workshop to release stress & anxiety and learn tools to support you in day to day life. We will be going on a soothing journey of supported restorative yoga poses, breath work, affirmations and deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra, which is said to be the equivalent of 4 hours sleep. You will leave refreshed, recharged and calm and with a toolbox of self-care tips and a handout to support you.
